We have an urgent opening of Customer Experience Executive for leading logistic ( E -Commerce ) Company.Core Responsibilities:
Make calls for ensuring Balance payment from transporter.
Providing end to end resolution of transporter queries.
Assisting Transport in onboarding on mode of payment.
Updating all communication in CRM.
Follow up and respond on e-mails, What's app messages on balance payment.
Build a relationship with new and existing clients for superior customer experience.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years preferably in Tele sales from e commerce industry / Startups/ Travel/payment Collection
Professional and Personal attributes:
Go-getters, with high drive and ownership.
Excellent team player but have the ability to work on own initiative.
The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements
Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
Fluent in English language; bilingual a plus
Outstanding verbal communication skills with Excellent telephone etiquette.
Excellent Negotiation, customer management skills with Strong sales pitch convincing skills.
