Profile: IT Recruiter (C2H/ Permanent hiring)

Job Functions:

  • Responsible for End to End Technology recruitment.
  • Should be able to manage C2H/Permanent manadates independently.
  • Should be proactive by nature and an out of box thinker.
  • Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.
  • Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs.
  • Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirement and present qualified candidates and coordinate , scheduling of interviews
  • Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage.
  • Negotiate with candidates in order to identify compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • BE/B. Tech/ MCA/ BCA Or Experience candidates should have background of IT recruitment.
  • possess excellent interpersonal skills, should have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have good networking skills.
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management.
