Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for handling employee grievances.

Responsible for effective employee management

Monitor internal HR systems and databases

Monitor key HR metrics

Act as a point of contact to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools

Address employees queries

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Min 3-4 years of Experience

Healthcare industry candidate preferred

Proven work experience as an HR Operations Executive HR 

Executive or similar role.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Team management skills

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
